Our Goals:

Methods:
  1. Analysis of your muscle and skeletal systems, to include your back, neck, feet, knees, hips, shoulders, arms, hands, and head. This analysis would cover the above areas on an as needed basis. We will assess skeletal alignment and motion, and muscle tightness and weakness.
  2. Restore spinal and extremity alignment, develop proper motion of particular joints.
  3. Analyze your postural habits that can cause or aggravate your condition, and show you how to change.
  4. Provide you with the exercises that will support your particular condition. (as indicated)
  5. Address nutritional deficiencies that can create chronic back or neck problems. (as indicated)
